To Read: Live Girls

When Ed wrote that, I wondered if he and I read the same book! I haven't had a chance to talk to him about it, but I wonder if he's coming from the angle that it's so different than what had been done before. Which it is.
But I still found it campy. That's not to say I didn't enjoy it, though.
I'd love to hear what he says. I can tell that he loves the book from the number of times he says he's reviewed it, but that's some fancy freakin' company he's putting it in.
I just sold the film rights to LIVE GIRLS this week. After twenty years and MANY false starts, someone is finally going to bring it to the screen.
Thanks for the post, Michael. Appreciate it.
